The Blog of Circa Real Estate

With the stock market like this…

Why would you not want to invest in real estate? Rental properties that generate some income, land that has fallen to levels not seen in years, or a commercial property in which to move an office or retail operation, it just makes sense. Oil is at 12+ year lows with no significant rebound in sight.
As my late father-in-law, the great Jack Jones used to say, “with real estate, you can live in it, you can plant crops on it, you can touch it, you can rent it to someone”. It is a commodity that will always be there in one form or another. He would also say “you can’t buy it all“, but you can buy what your financial ability will permit.

Get to it. You’ll thank me.
